Project IntroductionThe Concord City Council, sitting as the Local Reuse Authority ("LRA") [1] has selected BCUS Acquisitions LLC (“Brookfield”) as the master developer for the Development Footprint (defined below) within the larger Concord Reuse Project (“CRP”). [2] Pursuant to its agreement with the City of Concord (“City”), Brookfield will prepare the CRP Specific Plan (“Specific Plan”), in close coordination with the City.
