Invitation The City of Gastonia, Housing and Community Engagement Department, is requesting written price quotations from qualified mowing contractors to provide routine mowing and grounds maintenance at the City-owned residence located at 309 W. Norment Avenue. The property is occupied. Services must be performed safely, professionally, and with minimal disruption to the resident. The City expects to award to the lowest responsive, responsible respondent based on the extended seasonal price, subject to confirmation of qualifications, references, insurance capability, and compliance with this RFQ. No federal funds will be used for this contract. The contract will be supported with City general funds.
