Request for Qualifications: On-Call A&E Prime Consultants

Description

The County of Sacramento Department of General Services ("County") is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from architectural, engineering, and other specialty consulting firms as listed under Section 3, Scope of Work, for the purpose of awarding up to four (4) prime consultant team on-call agreements for future projects. Each on-call agreement is anticipated to be in the range of approximately two million to four million dollars; the County reserves the right to set each on-call agreement value based on future needs assessment and Board approval.These projects encompass improvements at a wide variety of County of Sacramento owned and operated facilities including correctional facilities, youth detention facilities, courthouses, administration buildings, libraries, medical facilities, and parks and recreation facilities. Responder’s team must be able and willing to provide services in all disciplines listed in Section 3 Scope of Work for their proposals to be considered. Qualified consultants may be hired to assist the County's engineers and architects in completing projects identified in the Department of General Services' Capital Improvements Plan.
