NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Banning (“City”) hereby invites the submittal of Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from Design-Build Entities ("DBEs") for the design and construction of a CNG Fueling Station.The successful DBE will be required to complete the CNG facility design as approved by the applicable City approval body and comply with all conditions of approval.  The successful DBE must also meet certain specifications and requirements of the City including, without limitation, the provision of specific equipment, finishes, and other performance specifications
