Request for Qualifications for Hall of Justice Expansion and Renovation Design Services

Description

Iredell County is seeking qualified design firms to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services for the construction of an approximately 65,000-square-foot facility and the renovation of approximately 32,000 square feet of existing space at the Hall of Justice. The selected firm will be responsible for all phases of design, from site analysis through post-construction services, and must ensure full compliance with local building codes, ADA standards, and environmentally sustainable design practices. An accelerated project timeline is desired, with the goal of beginning construction as soon as possible while maintaining design accuracy and minimizing change orders. Interested firms are invited to submit proposals demonstrating their qualifications, experience with similar projects, and overall approach to the design process. Proposals will be evaluated based on firm experience, cost-effectiveness, and the ability to meet the County’s project goals and timeline.
