The City of Lakeland is requesting statement of qualifications from firms permitted by law to practice architecture and professional engineering in the State of Florida who specialize and have extensive experience in designing fire stations.This solicitation will follow the requirements of Florida Statute 281.055 termed the “Consultants’ Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA)”. In compliance with the Florida Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), (Chapter 287), rates shall not be included in this proposal.
