Transportation Committee 175 Public Safety Drive Saluda, SC 29138 Project Title: Consultant / Engineering Construction Management Services RFQ Number: SCTC09 - 2026 Resume Deadline: October 16th, 2026 – 11:00 a.m. Location: County of Saluda, SC Description of Project: The Saluda County Transportation Committee is soliciting qualification statements for providing engineering and/or consulting services on an as needed basis. Projects may include but are not limited to: Estimating costs for roadway construction, paving, patching, and overlay, storm water planning, drainage construction, configuring bid lists, inspection of roads as project progresses, attending CTC meetings, setting up pre-bid conferences, meeting with contractors, presiding over pre-construction meetings, etc. The Contract period will be for 2 years. Selection of Criteria: The Saluda County Transportation Committee will evaluate past performance, demonstrated ability to meet time & budget requirements, location and knowledge of the locality of the projects, creativity and insight related to the projects, related experience on similar projects, any other special qualifications required pursuant to the solicitation. Submittals shall contain 1 original copy of the information requested and 5 copies. Submittals received after the deadline will not be opened. Facsimile or email submittals will not be accepted. Submittals must be in a sealed envelope marked with the submitting person or firm's name & address, RFQ number, & RFQ closing date and time on the outside.
