Request for Qualifications - A/E Services for New Family Services Center Facility

Description

The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to obtain the necessary information to identify a qualified A/E consultant to help Greene County develop a New Family Services Center Facility to consolidate existing County Departments that currently exist in multiple County Facilities. The work will include a review of background information, related plans and programs, an inventory of existing space occupancies and SF, future growth analysis, and complete A/E Professional Design Services from Preliminary Design, Construction Documents, Permitting, Construction Administration, through Project completion and Occupancy. Firms submitting proposals must have a proven track record in having fulfilled similar requirements for similar County Facilities in the State of Ohio. The project is anticipated to take approximately 24-30 months. The selected consultant will be required to provide a specific timeline for all tasks that will be mutually agreed upon by the County, within 30 days of award. The project will entail a public process and involve numerous meetings with various stakeholders, culminating in final approval of the Facility Plans and Estimated Budget by the Greene County Board of County Commissioners.
