We invite you to submit a proposal to provide and manage on-demand taxicab services at SMF. We understand that preparing a response to this Request for Proposals (RFPs) is time-intensive. Accordingly, we encourage you to review this document carefully, attend the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference, and ask questions. Proposers and/or their representatives are required to attend the virtual Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference. If a proposer fails to attend this virtual conference, its proposal will be rejected by the Department. Pre-registration for the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference is encouraged but not required in order to attend.To register for the virtual Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference, access the OpenGov RFP website. Finally, please closely follow the instructions and guidelines in the RFP document to ensure that your proposal is complete, accurate, and responsive before submitting your proposal package by the deadline.
