This Request for Proposals (RFP) has been prepared by Washington County to seek collection services for mixed solid waste (MSW) and/or recyclables and recyclables processing. The initial term of the resulting contract will be for the period of January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029. The contract may auto-renew for up to two (2) additional one-year terms with written consent of both parties unless notice of termination is given. Solicitation process will occur approximately every five years.
