Request for Proposals (RFP) for Print and Mail Services for Tax Statements and Notices

Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is for Washington County to secure the services of a qualified Contractor to provide printing, folding, mailing, and electronic distribution of Valuation Notices, Tax Statements, and Truth in Taxation Notices. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise necessary to produce and distribute the required notices and statements. The County is seeking a five-year contract. These services will go through the RFP solicitation process every five (5) years at minimum.
