Request for Proposals (RFP) for Asset Management Services

Description

The County of San Mateo, Department of Housing (DOH or the “County”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified firms or individuals (“Proposers”) to provide professional consulting services related to asset management of County-funded affordable housing, including but not limited to loan compliance monitoring, organizational underwriting, housing quality inspections, and technical assistance to owners of County-funded affordable housing projects.This RFP encompasses two service categories: Category 1 – Loan Compliance MonitoringCategory 2 – Physical Inspections Proposers may apply for one or both categories. The County may award separate contracts to separate vendors for each category or a single contract to one vendor covering both categories, based on the evaluation results and the best interest of the County.
