REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RESIDENTIAL WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES Ventana Metropolitan District (“District”) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide residential solid waste and recycling collection services within the Ventana community located in Fountain, Colorado. The District currently serves approximately 483 residential units and is anticipated to serve approximately 650 residential units at full build-out. Requested services include: • • • • • Weekly residential trash collection Every-other-week single-stream recycling collection Bulk item collection options Cart management and replacement services Additional services as proposed by the contractor Proposal package and specifications may be requested electronically by contacting: Dominique Devaney District Manager Public Alliance, LLC dominique@publicalliancellc.com Please include your company name, contact person, phone number, and email address when requesting proposal documents. Proposals must be submitted electronically to dominique@publicalliancellc.com no later than 5:00 PM on July 31, 2026. Questions regarding this Request for Proposals must be submitted in writing to Dominique Devaney no later than July 15, 2026. The District anticipates reviewing proposals during their regular business meeting on August 17, 2026, with contract award and transition activities occurring thereafter. The anticipated contract commencement date is September 1, 2026, although the District reserves the right to modify the schedule as necessary. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities or irregularities, request additional information from any proposer, negotiate contract terms, and accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
