Request for Proposals - Project Management Software Services

Description

The County of Sacramento (County) owns and/or operates four airports in Sacramento County, including Sacramento International Airport (SMF or Airport), through the Department of Airports (SCDA or Department). The Department is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from prospective service providers (Contractors) to provide the Department with Project Management Software services for the Department. The selected proposer shall provide a comprehensive, fully supported cloud-based Project Management Software designed to meet the Design and Development department’s related needs in project tracking, schedules, and maintaining project budgets that allow for reporting, and may be further configured to Department’s workflow needs. The software will be used by the Department for its Capital Improvement Planning process and shall be able to support this process. With a goal to be self-sufficient and independently use the software.
