LIBERTY COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES LIBERTY INDEPENDENCE PARKWAY PHASE 2 SCOPING The Liberty County Board of Commissioners is interested in contracting with a qualified consultant to provide scoping services for Liberty Independence Parkway Phase 2 pursuant to the Scope of Work in Exhibit I herein. The preferred qualifications of the consultant include previous experience providing scoping services and preparing scoping reports through the Georgia Department of Transportation process.
