NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Professional Auditing Services City of Wildwood, Missouri The City of Wildwood, Missouri, is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced certified public accounting firms to provide professional auditing services for the City’s financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, with the option to provide auditing services for up to three (3) additional fiscal years, through December 31, 2029. The selected firm will be responsible for conducting the City’s annual financial statement audit in accordance with applicable professional auditing standards and preparing the City’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR). The City has received the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for the past twenty-four (24) consecutive years and expects the selected firm to assist the City in maintaining this standard of financial reporting. Submittal Instructions: Proposals for PROFESSIONAL AUDITING SERVICES must be received by 12:00 P.M. CDT on FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2026.
