LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS GARBAGE COLLECTION SERVICES The Board of County Commissioners of Allen County (“Owner”) is soliciting for proposals for garbage collection services for various Allen County facilities for a period of one (1) year, beginning February 1, 2026, expiring January 31, 2027. Entities interested in providing garbage collection services may obtain the Request for Proposal information by contacting Jason Patchet, Project Manager, at jpatchet@allencountyohio.com. The subject line of the email should read “Request for Proposal-Garbage Collection Services.” All proposals must be submitted to the Clerk of Board, Brittany Woods, in a sealed envelope labeled “Garbage Collection Services” at 204 N. Main Street, Lima, Ohio 45801. The deadline for submission of proposals is October 27, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. Proposals will be reviewed on October 30, 2025 at 11:00 a.m.
