LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FROM FINACIAL INSTITUTIONS, ISSUERS OF FINANICAL TRANSACTION DEVICES, OR PROCESSORS OF FINANCIAL TRANSACTION DEVICES The Board of Allen County Commissioners issues a notice of intent to request proposals from financial institutions, issuers of financial transaction devices, or processors of financial transaction devices in order to accept and receive payments by financial transaction devices for county expenses, specifically for the purpose of accepting and receiving payments for real estate transfer fees, conveyance fees, and recording costs, in accordance with Ohio Rev. Code §301.28. Any financial institution, issuer, or processors, whichever is appropriate, interested in receiving the request for proposals must submit written notice of this interest to the Allen County Treasurer at 301 N. Main Street, Lima, Ohio, 45801, not later than noon of the day on which the request for proposals will be mailed. The request for proposals will be mailed to financial institutions, issuers or processors on February 23rd , 2026. A contract will be awarded on the basis of Ohio Rev.
