Request For Proposals For Vegetation Maintenance Services On The Pajaro

The Santa Cruz County Flood Control and Water Conservation District – Zone 7 (District) is requesting written proposals for vegetation maintenance services on the Pajaro River. The intent of the RFP is to assess each participating contractor. The information submitted in writing will be utilized to determine the final selection.The proposal process will consist of the submittal of a written proposal as outlined in the RFP. A committee of County personnel will screen the proposals. The committee will rank the consultants based upon the written proposal and conduct interviews if necessary.The RFP and instructions for proposals can be obtained digitally from the Santa Cruz County Department of Public Works website under the RFP/RFQ link or can be requested from District liaison (contact information available in the RFP).To be considered, the consultant can attend an optional pre-proposal meeting with the District on August 19th, 2021 at 10AM. Consultants will then digitally submit a pdf copy of their submittal via email. The proposals shall be delivered to the Santa Cruz County Flood Control and Water Conservation District – Zone 7 no later than August 31st, 2021 at 3PM to Rusty Barker (email: rusty.barker@santacruzcounty.us). All firms will be notified of the results within 7 working days after the submission deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
