Duplin County Senior Services is soliciting proposals for the senior meal program to include the months of July 2026 through June 2027, a one-year commitment with option to renew upon mutual written agreement of the parties. Program details are included in the proposal packet to include the state nutrition standards for the senior meal program. Bidders must have staff and adequate transportation to deliver meals to the designated location and meet all of the requirements set forth by the state. Meals are served Monday-Friday with the exception of state holidays. Proposal specifications and requirements are available Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. at Duplin County Senior Services, 156 Duplin Commons Drive, Kenansville, NC 28349, or emailed upon request. Duplin County Senior Services is part of Title III Older Americans Act, Home and Community Care Block Grant Congregate Nutrition and Home Delivered Meals Nutrition Program.
