The City of South San Francisco (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms or teams to lead a multi-disciplinary feasibility study for the South San Francisco Shoreline Protection and Connectivity Project. The selected consultant(s) will support the City in identifying, evaluating, and recommending conceptual flood protection strategies that address current and future coastal flood risks exacerbated by sea level rise (SLR) and increased storm surges. The proposed study area is located along the San Francisco Bay shoreline near the outfalls of Colma Creek and San Bruno Creek.
