Public Notice Proposals will be received by the Board of County Commissioners, Allen County, Ohio as provided in the RFP for the Real Property Lease Procurement, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 307.86(I). Interested firms and individuals shall request a copy of the RFP, which includes terms and conditions, from Brittany Woods, Clerk of the Board, at bwoods@allencountyohio.com. Proposals shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Allen County Commissioner’s Office, ATTN: Brittany Woods, Clerk of the Board, 204 N. Main St., Ste. 301, Lima, Ohio 45801 and plainly marked on the outside “PROPOSAL FOR THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, ALLEN COUNTY, OHIO - REAL PROPERTY LEASE PROCUREMENT.” Offerors should also submit 1 copy of their proposals in electronic PDF format, emailed to Brittany Woods, Clerk of the Board, at bwoods@allencountyohio.com. Proposals will be received until 9:00 a.m., local time, August 11, 2025. Immediately thereafter proposals will be opened publicly at the Allen County Commissioner’s Office, 204 N. Main St., Ste. 301, Lima, Ohio 45801.
