Request for Proposals for Professional Services for Site Feasibility & Design with the Isleton Boat Launching Facility Project

The City of Isleton is seeking proposals from licensed Engineering firms to provide professional services for design and preparation of bid documents and construction support for the Isleton Boat Launching Facility. The scope of work generally includes preparation of: Feasibility reports, design development, bid documents, and bidding/construction support for Public Works competitive bidding. Ancillary work includes: construction cost estimating, schedule monitoring, preparation of reports and recommendations, and construction management.The Consultants shall provide professional services for the development of a Boat Ramp Site Feasibility Plan. The scope of the feasibility includes inspection, condition evaluation, needs assessment, reports and planning. Consultant shall maintain complete and accurate records of its operation, including any and all additional records required by City and The Boating and Waterways Commission (Commission). The Commission will provide Advice and Comment on the City of Isleton’s (City) request for a $200,000 planning grant from the Harbors and Watercraft Revolving Fund (HWRF), Project No. Isleton BLF (1186) Grant Number C4133066 for improvements to the Isleton Boat Launching Facility (BLF).Please see attached RFP Document.
