Request for Proposals For Alternate Dispute Resolution Programs/Services Under the Provisions of The California Dispute Resolutions Act of 1986

Description

Sacramento County is soliciting proposals for qualified vendors to provide Dispute Resolution Services as defined in the Dispute Resolution Programs Act of 1986 and its implementing Regulations. The purpose of this RFP is to identify and select one or more public or private non-profit or governmental entities to be recommended to the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors for funding under the County’s Dispute Resolution Program. Contracts for program services with applicants receiving funding awards under this RFP will cover the time period from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029.The County reserves the rights to withdraw, modify, amend or postpone this RFP when such action is considered in the best interest of the County.A total of up to $630,000 per year is anticipated to be available for allocation under this RFP.Payment shall be made on a monthly reimbursement basis. However, if, during the term of the award, the funds appropriated for the purpose of the grant award are reduced or eliminated, or, in the event the revenues are not collected at the level appropriated, the County of Sacramento may immediately terminate or reduce the award by written notice to the grantee.
