Building Maintenance Division RFP – CONTROLS SYSTEM INTEGRATION July 7, 2026 Job Number: Address: 308217 Description: Building Automation System – Controls System Integration Project GARLAND CENTER - 150 S YORK ST, GASTONIA, NC 28052 (PID 205574) PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY Please provide a proposal: 1. Provide the required engineering labor to properly integrate the pre-existing Andover controls that control (6) Air Handling Units, (37) VAV Boxes, (1) Chiller, (2) Boilers, (4) Pumps and Fans. 2. Provide and install all necessary Honeywell controllers (or approved equal), temperature sensors, and wiring for proper replacement of the controller associated with the IO Modules within the front-end controller. 3. Provide and install all necessary Honeywell Webs N4 (Tridium platform) Building Automation System (BAS) JACEs. Connect the communication buses from the DDC controllers throughout the building to the BAS. 4. A graphical interface viewable over Internet Explorer shall be built as required to show all necessary information including floor plans, equipment graphics, set points, important data, alarms, and history. All required Andover integration drivers should be included. 5. Provide all tools, equipment, materials, and labor required to connect the system, and any other associated items. 6. Work is to be completed within thirty (30) days of notice to proceed. 7. The successful bidder shall provide copies of all documentation, i.e., warranty, etc., to the City of Gastonia. 8. Owner training shall be provided. 9. Prior to work being performed, the contractor must call for a representative of the Building Maintenance Division to schedule the work. Upon completion of the terms herein, the contractor shall be paid net 30 days.
