REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - 2027 CHEMICALS COLLECTION SYSTEM/WATER TREATMENT/WASTEWATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received at the office of the City Clerk, City of St. Cloud, 1201 - 7th Street South, St. Cloud, MN up to 11:00 a.m. (CST). on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, for furnishing collection system, water treatment and wastewater treatment chemicals for the 2027 calendar year. The prices furnished in the proposal shall be firm for a one-year supply from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027. The RFP for 2027 Chemicals has complete proposal details and proposal form. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or technicalities.
