VIRGINIA INTERNATIONAL TERMINALS, LLC Request for Proposals RFP #2027-02-VIT SOC Monitoring & Surveillance Remote REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) TRANSMITTAL PAGE Title: Security Operations Center (SOC) Monitoring & Surveillance RFP: 2027-02-VIT Issue Date: July 30, 2026 Issuing Agency: Virginia International Terminals, LLC (VIT) Virginia International Terminals, LLC (VIT) is seeking proposals for after-hours SOC monitoring and incident response services. The selected offeror will provide monitoring, triage, investigation, escalation, and approved response actions for security events occurring outside of normal business hours. The term of the Contract shall be for one year and shall renew automatically for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods in accordance with the terms noted in the Contract. Proposals and all other correspondence, including questions, shall be sent electronically to proposals@vit.org. All email communications shall contain “RFP 2027-02-VIT” in the subject line followed by the Respondent’s name. Questions may only be submitted electronically no later than 2:00 p.m. EST August 7, 2026. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. EST August 18, 2026, an electronic copy of each proposal must be submitted to the following e-mail: proposals@vit.org. Late Proposals will not be considered.
