Brief Job Description: The project provides the removal and replacement of an existing oil-fired boiler and Maine Fuel Board required boiler and boiler room upgrades associated with the boiler replacement. The existing boiler’s oil-burner assembly will be disconnected, temporarily stored, and reused on the replacement boiler. The Owner reserves the right to waive all formalities and reject any and all proposals or to accept any proposal. Proposal shall be submitted upon the form provided by the architect. Bid documents will be available on or about May 22, 2026. Please request the receipt of bid documents directly from RSU 23 by emailing Kevin Girard at kgirard@rsu23.org.
