Request for Proposal to Provide Professional Content for a Learning Management System

Description

The City of Cleveland (“City”), through its Director of Human Resources (“Director”), is currently soliciting proposals from qualified Professional e-learning Content Providers (“Provider” or “Providers”) for the delivery of learning content to be integrated into the City Learning Management System (LMS), Workday Learning as part of the Workday Implementation process. Content includes, but is not limited to, providing human resource competency-based curriculum, assessments, and adult learning aids, post-training skill development and evaluation tools. A variety of training delivery methods can be proposed.
