REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NOTICE  July 7, 2025 To Whom It May Concern:               The City of Cleveland, through its Director of Human Resources is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing Medical, Vision, Dental, Life or Voluntary Benefit Coverages for the City. Subject: Request for Proposal (RFP) for Group Health Benefits The City of Cleveland is seeking proposals from qualified Group Health vendors to provide comprehensive Group Benefits. Our organization is committed to ensuring that our employees have access to high-quality, cost-effective Medical, Vision, Dental, Life and Voluntary Benefit care.
