ADVERTISEMENT FOR COMPETITIVE AND SEALED PROPOSALS ALPINE ISD ALPINE, TX Alpine ISD is requesting competitive sealed Proposals for CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, pursuant to Texas Government Code, Chapter 2269, Subchapter D, for the Manuel Payne Field Softball Turf Improvements. Competitive Sealed Proposals for the Manuel Payne Field Softball Turf Improvements will be received until the Deadline of 2:00 P.M., Local Time, September 8th, 2026. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope containing three (3) hard copies of the Proposal, mailed or hand delivered to 704 W Sul Ross Ave, Alpine, TX 79830. All proposals must be identified as follows: “Manuel Payne Field Softball Turf Improvements”. Failure to have a Proposal submitted by the above Deadline shall result in the proposal NOT being considered; fax or email submissions shall NOT be considered. Proposals shall be opened and read aloud upon the Deadline at 704 W Sul Ross Ave, Alpine, TX 79830. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held, August 25th, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., Local Time at 1502 Fighting Buck Ave Alpine, TX 78930. Any questions asked during the pre-proposal conference or site visit will not be official until submitted in writing via email to Zachery Humphries (zhumphries@ceieng.com) and Chance Hawkins (chawkins@ceieng.com) and answered in writing by Alpine ISD.
