Box 77 Fruitvale, TX 75127 Date: May 25, 2022 To: Interested Proposers Subject: Request for Proposal for Food Service Consultant 2022-2023 Fiscal Year The Fruitvale Independent School District invites qualified companies to submit proposals for a food service consultant. Fruitvale ISD has 3 campuses that share one common cafeteria area. The enrollment is approximately 415 students PK-12th grade. The district requests operational support in the following areas: Operational Support: Train new cafeteria manager and new staff. Provide monthly menus with new options. Provide food list for ordering. Help with grant procurement for cafeteria equipment. Assist cafeteria in meeting budgetary guidelines. Assist with snack line expansion and pricing. Monthly Cost Analysis: Outline food costs, labor costs and other costs, Monitor Financial Status of the cafeteria on a monthly basis, making recommendations on how to improve problem areas, Provide Meals per Man Hour Numbers to monitor efficiency of employee work hours, Evaluate A La Carte Sales at each campus. Marketing and Promotions: Conduct student and staff surveys. Compliance: Provide assistance with all compliance matters.
