It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions for Alameda County Behavioral Health Department (hereafter ACBHD or County) to seek proposals to oversee professional consulting, technical assistance, and administrative services as requested by ACBHD. The awarded Contractor shall, with the collaboration of consultants, support the ongoing implementation of the Behavioral Health Services Act (BHSA), as well as other behavioral health initiatives, in compliance with applicable state and federal requirements for ACBHD and/or ACBHD’s community partners.Please see attachments.
