Looking for interest for a developer or organization to design, develop, build, and fund a hotel or resort on one of the many Sweet Home properties. The City will not be involved in this process besides providing an introduction between respondents and property owners, and possibly negotiating incentives. The City of Sweet Home would like to attract Hotels and Resorts to the Sweet Home area in order to provide additional employment and retaining tourists who are already visiting the area but not staying in Sweet Home.
