ADDENDUM NUMBER ONE SANTA FE COMMUNITY COLLEGE Purchasing Department 6401 Richards Ave. Santa Fe, New Mexico 87508 Date: 9/25/17 RFP Number: P024-17 Name of Procurement Specialist: John Apodaca Due Date: 10/3/2017 @ 2:00 pm MST Notice to all respondents: Amend the RFP: P024-17 Request for Instructional Designer This addendum becomes part of the Proposal Documents and modifies, as noted below, the original Proposal Documents. Question 1: 1. Given that the project includes a total of 40 courses + 10 simulations and only 270 hours budgeted, how much involvement do you expect from the Instructional Designer in the overall design/development process? SFCC Response To Question 1: A template has already been designed for the courses and simulations. The Instructional Designer (ID) will work closely with the Subject Matter Experts (SME). So, the SME will provide content for the ID to load into the template. Question 2: Who will be developing the modules and simulations? SFCC Response To Question 2: The SMEs will provide the content for the modules and simulations, The ID will then put the content into the template. Question 3: What software will be used for module/simulation development? SFCC Response To Question 3: You can use what ever software you’d like to for development. For example, you could use Captivate and the LMSs we use are either Canvas, Moodle or Blackboard. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided in Exhibit B. Failure to do so may subject Offeror to disqualification. All other provisions of the Proposal Documents shall remain unchanged. This addendum is hereby made a part of the Proposal Documents to the same extent as those provisions contained in the original documents and all itemized listing thereof.
