The City of Pittsburgh Department of Public Safety, Office of Community Health and Safety wishes to acquire information from possible vendors for a software as a service that could potentially meet its needs. This product should meet HIPPA-, 42 CFR Part 2- and CJIS-compliant requirements for the storing of longitudinal client records that capture client's sociodemographic information and resource and service needs. Responses will be considered for all of the services identified in the “Scope of Work” section set forth below.
