In general, this project will consist of the removal of existing roofing and replacement with new ballasted roofing for the Wastewater Department's administration building, shop building, secondary building, non-potable water building, and D.A.F., as detailed in the plans and specifications for this IFB (refer to ATTACHMENTS). Project will be in accordance with all applicable codes and standards of practice.
