Replacement of Lower Level Doors to City Hall and Auto Operators

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking responses for the removal, disposal, and installation of two large missile impact pairs of commercial storefront doors and frames with auto operators in St. Petersburg City Hall. The doors must fit into the existing opening. The City of St. Petersburg is seeking a qualified vendor who will perform the work only on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm). Address:St. Petersburg City Hall175 5th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 Basement Accessible Entry/Exit   Remove existing doors & frames     Furnish & install two(one per entry) large missile impact resistance simultaneous pairs of commercial storefront doors and frame in a dark bronze anodized finish to fit into the existing opening. These replacement doors will include and are proposed to be glazed with 9/16" laminated impact resistant glass with a clear/bronze tinted finish. These replacement door panels will also include concealed vertical rod exit devices(with Request to Exit Switch) with construction keyed cylinder(master cylinder & core by others). Existing pull handles will be transferred to replacement doors & reused. Replacement door panels will also include LCN4040 XP door closersin a match dark bronze painted finish.One door located at Basement Accessible Entry/Exit will include one(1) single swing automatic swing door operator in a dark bronze anodized finish.
