Description

The project will be constructed under the “work restrictions” as indicated inspecification Section 011000 “SUMMARY” and in the drawings. The existing building and site and portions thereofshall remain in operation throughout the duration of this project, as described in “Work Restrictions”. The Ownershall provide work under separate contracts to provide the infrastructure for building network, the Public Addresssystem, Clock system, building security and controls system and provide AV integration to the new facility. Theseseparate contracts shall all be coordinated and overseen by the General Contractor.All bids must be in strict compliance with provisions of the Replacement of Exterior Kitchen Doors At 5Schools.
