Replacement of Building Window and Doors for Water Reclamation Facility

Description

In general, the successful bidder will provide removal and replacement of window, door frames, doors, and hardware at various buildings in the Water Reclamation Facility.  The window to be replaced is in the Grit Removal building.  The doors are located in, near, and around rooms that are high in hydrogen sulfide and moisture causing the doors to rust and lose structural integrity.Submitted prices are to include all charges for new window, new doors, new hardware, new replacement of various door frames, repair of existing door frames as needed, labor, administration, misc. materials, supplies, tools, shipping/handling/delivery, insurance, equipment, profit and overhead.
