NOTICE TO BIDDERS: This bid is a continuation of IFB No. 515-208900-AH, previously issued for Anaheim Convention Center REPLACEMENT BALLROOM CHAIR SEAT AND BACK PADS, which was placed on hold. Please review the bid in its entirety. Refer below for a summary of new requirements. Initial Purchase Quantity:The Convention Center has determined that an initial purchase of approximately 2,000 (two thousand) seat and back pads will be required under the resulting contract for the initial base year period. All other quantities listed in the solicitation are for bid evaluation and budgeting purposes only.
