The Gainesville Regional Utilities (GRU) biomass plant, Deerhaven Renewables is planning to replace an air compressor that has reached end-of-life. The new machine has been sized via a 2-week air audit study.The new machine will be located outdoors, underneath a roof that will be rated to withstand 110 mph winds.The controller of the new machine cannot be remotely programmable as per NERC cybersecurity guidelines.
