Repair and/or Replace Roll Up Doors/Powered Roll Up Doors, Arm Gates, and Ticket Machines/Parking Control Equipment, Continuing Services

Description

Leon County is seeking the services of qualified vendors to provide full-service inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, and replacement of roll-up doors, powered roll-up doors, vehicle barrier arm gates, and associated hardware, controls, sensors, and parking control equipment located at Leon County facilities. Vendors shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, personnel, and supervision necessary to inspect, diagnose, maintain, service, repair, and replace the equipment covered by the Scope of Work.Bidders are not required to service every category to submit a bid, however roll-up doors and powered roll-up doors are the minimum service requirement. The County reserves the right to award by category, in whole or in part, as determined to be in the County’s best interest. It is the intent of the County to award agreements to multiple bidders or in a fashion best suited to serve Leon County.To be considered responsive, the Bidder must possess a valid, active license issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) at the time of bid submission. The license must match the specific scope of structural and electrical work being performed. Please see Specifications (section 8) for more information.
