It is the intent of the Mesa Unified School District #4 to secure the rental, delivery and pick-up of equipment, accessories and tools for the Maintenance and Operations Departments of the District. Random purchases may also be requested by other departments or sites, on an as-needed basis. These rental purchases often times need to be done in a most expeditious manner. It is for this reason that the District is requesting that suppliers/offerors have an actual sales & service location within a required (15 mile) radius of the District Maintenance and Operations Yard, located at 555 South Lewis Street, Mesa, AZ 85210. Most rentals are created due to storms or accidental damages, therefore it’s imperative to have rentals available at the time needed.
