Rental and Cleaning Service of Employee Uniforms, Mats and Shop Supplies

Description

In general, the awarded Contractor will provide rental of employee uniforms, mats, and shop supplies for various City departments. The details for the rental services are included in the CONTRACTOR SCOPE OF SERVICE & PROJECT REQUIREMENTS of this bid document. Submitted prices per item are to include all charges for administration, supervision, labor, materials, uniforms, products, goods, shipping/handling/delivery/unloading, fuel, equipment, permits, licensing, and insurance necessary to meet the requirements as listed within this RFP.Prospective bidders must satisfy themselves by personal examination of the delivery locations and the proposed delivery schedule as to the correctness of any items requested in this RFP. Bidder shall not, after submission of bid, dispute or complain of such cost estimates, nor assert that there was any misunderstanding in regard to the nature or amount of work required to complete the services as required.The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any or all items covered in the RFP, to waive informalities or defects in bids or to accept any bid as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
