ADVERTISEMENT CITY OF NATCHITOCHES REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NO. 0331 The City of Natchitoches is accepting proposals for the following Project under the following Request for Proposals: RFP NO. 0331, “RENOVATIONS AT PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING FOR PLANNING & ZONING DEPARTMENT” Sealed proposals will be received by Mr. Edd Lee, City of Natchitoches Director of Purchasing, and opened at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 1400 Sabine Street, Natchitoches, Louisiana 71457. The Request for Proposals and Proposal Returnable forms, in electronic format, may be obtained from the Architect, Nassif Engineering & Architecture, LLC., who may be reached by e-mail at norman@nassifea.com. A bid bond is not required for proposal submittal. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting which is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at the Project site, 1608 Texas Street, Natchitoches, LA. In accordance with the City of Natchitoches Fairness, Equality, and Inclusion Program, qualified small disadvantaged, women, and minority-owned businesses are encouraged to submit a proposal for this project. Non-DBE/WBE/minority-owned businesses submitting a proposal must include a minimum of 20% participation by DBE/WBE/minority-owned businesses, as outlined in the RFP.
