The Clay County Board of County Commissioners (County) is requesting bids from licensed General Contractors for the comprehensive renovation and modernization of the Clay County Tax Collector's Office located at 518 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, Florida, 32073. This project includes a full renovation of a single-story, mixed-occupancy, non-sprinklered structure.The scope encompasses selective demolition, interior remodeling, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) upgrades, and exterior improvements.
