Removal of Grass, Weeds, Debris and Defacement (Graffiti); Securing Unsafe Structures- Open Pools and Vacant Buildings

Description

This contract intends to remedy violations of the Chesapeake City Municipal Codes and Virginia Property Maintenance Codes, through the removal of unlawful grass/weeds and debris from private property under City Code Section 62-2; and to secure against the public entry of structures deemed unsafe on private property by the City of Chesapeake Code Official under Virginia Property Maintenance Code 106, and remove defacement from structures on private property in violation under Virginia Maintenance Code 304.1 and City Code 46-131.1- 131.2. BIDDERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BID ON ALL LINE ITEMS, BUT MAY BID ON MULTIPLE ITEMS, HOWEVER LINE ITEMS 2 - 6 ARE AN 'ALL OR NONE' BID SUBMITTAL.
