Removal and Replacement of Equipment for Elmwood Golf Course Pump Station

Description

In general, the successful bidder will provide removal and replacement of three (3) pumps with motors at the City's Elmwood Golf Course Irrigation Pump Station. The Contractor shall remove existing equipment and replace with new equipment of the same or better capabilities for full operation of the golf course irrigation system. Remanufactured and/or repaired equipment will not be considered for this project. The award determination will be based upon the equipment specifications, availability, proposed equipment delivery date, grand total cost, references, etc. as best meets the needs of the City for this project.Submitted prices are to include all charges for pumps, motors, components, parts, wiring, electrical supplies, installation, labor, administration, misc. materials, supplies, tools, shipping/handling, delivery, insurance, and removal/installation equipment necessary to supply the items as listed within this IFB. Note: A crane or lift equipment may be necessary for this project and cost must be included in the Grand Total Bid.
