Removal and Replacement of Equipment at Headwaters Fountain

Description

In general, the successful bidder will provide removal and replacement of the following items for the Headwaters Fountain located in downtown Pueblo. The primary scope of work includes the fountain feature motor and pump, the filtration motor and pump, and the trash pumps necessary for operation of the fountain. The secondary scope of work includes the chlorinator motor, pump and controller (with chemical feed system); and the electrical control panel and transformer. The Contractor shall remove existing equipment (for primary scope of work) and replace with new equipment of the same or better capabilities for fountain operation with a Lump Sum amount. The secondary scope of work will be at the discretion of the City as funds, time, and materials are available and quoted based on Time and Materials.Submitted prices are to include all charges for motors, pumps, controllers, components, parts, wiring, electrical supplies, labor, administration, misc. materials, supplies, tools, shipping/handling, delivery, insurance, and removal/installation equipment necessary to supply the items as listed within this IFB.
